let me know when you complete the vf34 install. i was thinkin about doin the same setup but im tryin to resist! this wrx was supposed to be my commuter car until im able to afford a G35. lol cant help it... must make more power! lol

 

wait...if 11 cars showed up then that means I won then...so...i'll collect my money on friday. oh and demented it's gonna be a vf30 setup, i'm gonna be going to gruppe-s this week to pickup a new cobb ap, they gonna hook it up with a base map that i'd be happy with so I belive, so i'm gonna find out if they have the spark plugs i'm looking for too so I can kill two birds at one time...err...yeah and hopefully they have the cusco heat shield in stock because I know they were out of stock last week hopefully they have some in stock this week. hehe

you shoulda went with the vf34, man. its all good.. either way youre good to go. you runnin on a stock tranny and clutch? heard of a few guys breakin trannies after the turbo upgrade with a stock tranny/clutch.

gruppe-s hookin you up with a base up? dont you want to tune it to your specs? ****, if its a good base map and it saves you the extra $200... why not? haha

 

well to be truthful the vf30, and vf34 r basically the same except the vf34 is a little newer in design and is ball bearing. oh and i'm still going to get a protune no doubt about that the base map should come in handy though after the install, believe me after spending hella money for all this crap, of course I wanna make sure i'm getting every power out of this setup that is possible, and by getting the protune I know I will be. Oh and I can share my #'s once its done.

 

You need to set a date for the install.. Saturday's are always good.

 

i'm picking up the rest of the stuff i'm gonna need this week, but i'm working on sat this week and next week...how does a sunday sound?

 

just hope you can tell us soon so we can actually make it because i really want to go.

 

believe me I want to give you guys a date really bad but as you all probably know it really depends when parts can come in. besides it's not a party without the guests =)
