I'm gonna go with.....what is never?
Had to deal with FIA twice, never bought any parts or service though because these people don't know how to return phone calls, PM's, or emails. I always got an initial response, but then after I initiated to finalize a deal, no response. I forget if they're also the ones that wanted me to PM them my credit card number to purchase a gasket. I said that I'd pay cash when they were supposed to be at laguna seca the following week, which was when we were suppses to discuss my tranmission conversion...never received any further communication from them. Thank god Ed didnt get tied up in all that ****
