I just beat all to level 40. I have to beat them all "on PAR" now... to unlock the next 5.

You actually have to beat them on PAR and bonus to unlock the levels. I'm over that.

I did 1-15 on bonus.

Beat all 40 in Bonus Mode and on PAR, but cant get access to the last 4 Bonus Rounds. Only got the first one??
