man if that happened to me and that guy started running, i would grab him by his shirt collar and punch his nose into his damn face. Nothing pisses me off more than scammers and liars. These people are such damn pieces of ****, we need to just be way more aware of situations and not be comfortable with strangers when we are selling/buying items.

I wonder what this bastard would do if a 6'6.5" guy pulled out an MP5K on him and shoved it in his face?

Do you think he'd s*** himself?

Do you think he'd still try to flee with the goods?

It'd be classic if I could actually do that and have krinkov next to me with a Polaroid camera to snap the exact moment of "Oh s***"!
MP5K :

Ahhhhh, I have strange fantasies... But come on, like you guys wouldn't like to see that? You know you would!

Also, this guy is one SLOPPY *** thief! Probably one of the sloppiest thieves I've ever seen... My my...

1. He physically shows up to the crime scene and runs into his own car. They now have a positive ID of him and his car, and possibly his lic plate.

2. He gives them his real cell phone number, talk about STUPID

3. Instead of ditching the goods after someone chases him into his own car and fights with him over the said goods, he pulls out a gun and escalates the crime 10 fold. It's not a matter of theft anymore, it's now ARMED ROBBERY and he's looking at several years in the state pen. Really smart guy!

He deserves everything coming to him. He made the biggest mistake by pulling out that gun and making it armed robbery instead of theft. I hope he gets raped to death in prison.

lol well if you pulled it out on him AFTER he pulled a handgun on you and he just fired in fear...well either way. it wouldn't be good. unless you're prepared for his bullet hitting you, or the sheer volume and shock of the explosion coming out of that barrel it would suck.

so he hits you, and you in turn hold down YOUR trigger and bullets spray everywhere with 2 dead folk, and one almost-stolen electronic device. lol

"packing heat" will not lead to "you go your way, I'll go mine." That escalates problems. Instead of walking away without an electronic device, you may just not walk away. That's just dumb. Remind me to never do business with you.

Glad the scammer was caught, too bad our justice system is more like a big time-out than a system designed to actually reform the criminals within.

I carry every place I can legally(CCW), and your wrong. Most times it will not escalate but rather will defuse the situation. However, I also know as a responsible gun owner/carrier that if I have to draw my firearm, I must be prepared to use it and take a life.

That said, Shayhan27, if I ever meet you and find out you are carrying without a CCW. I will have no problem at all calling in the cops. I am fighting very hard to get my CCW here in CA, and I don't need some kid that thinks its 'cool' to pack, messing it up for the rest of us.

Now, when meeting someone to trade parts, I suggest very open, populated areas. More people the better...places like a mall parking lot, in front of a large store, or a busy coffee shop are all good places.

Actually, we're both right and wrong. There's a chance of it going either way. But why risk escalating it? You think you'd be the only one ready to take a life?

I better buy a Kevlar vest to meet up with strangers who pack heat when buying stuff. I wonder if I can find one on CL. More importantly I wonder if I'll be robbed when I meet them to buy it, haha.
