Last night I popped into Capitol Subaru looking for new belts for my 04 STi
I could have sworn that they closed at 6pm but it was 5:35 and the cage was down on the service dept.
An older guy behind the counter saw me standing there and asked if I needed anything. Long story short, they do close at 5:30. And despite this the guy was nice enough not only to get me the belts anyways, but to go outside, double check my VIN and recommend the AC belt to me as well.
All of this on a Friday night before (what is for some) a holiday.
If management of Capitol Subaru is reading this, you have good people in the parts dept. They have always been helpful for me; and last night I saw a great bit of customer service that will ensure that I will be a continuing client

The older guy's name is Lance. Yes, he is the parts manager. He will get a kick out of being called an "older guy". They are all really great there. They've servicing my wife's car and mine since they opened up. I always forward these threads to their president, whether good or bad reviews. They really do care about customer service.
Just got my brakes done there. Not cheap, but they did a heckuva job. Checked the invoice after paying and noticed they performed the 3 minor recalls that I never got around to fixing. Seem like good guys. I'd go again.
