Here is the information i got from SEMA.
If you registered and were approved prior to 10/13/06 you only need to bring your badge and business card with photo id to get your badge holder.
if you were approved after this date, you must bring two of the following to pick up your badge:
Business Identification
Tax Registration Certificate
Business Registration
Business License
Recent Paycheck Stub
Health Insurance Card
Business Photo ID
W-4 Form
all this trouble and on top of it sorry for those who have to stand in long a$$ lines to pick up the badges at the show
