The only thing that sucks about Infineon raceway is LEAVING.... I was stuck in the traffic for at least 2 hours because of NASCAR... Suposidly there was 140,000 spectators yesterday....

I have gone for the last 4 years, and this is the first year that I'll miss it. It's just too difficult to go to the track when you have a 6-month old. When I went last year, I sat at the top of the seating area at Turn 2. I had enough space to set up my canopy with a couple of chairs. We were the only ones with shade out there. Traffic is nowhere near as bad as it is with NASCAR. The crowds are a lot smaller, and not as drunk. Hopefully, I'll be able to get away in October and go to the ALMS racing at Laguna.

I may be going after all. My brother-in-law was able to get me some really inexpensive tickets from his co-worker. I can't refuse a good deal. I may have some extra tickets. I may be selling them for $10. The tickets wil be for Sunday, 7/18. The day of the main race. I'll keep you guys posted on the extra tickets.
