America in WW2 on KQED now

Great documentary series, and the best thing is every thing is capture in COLOR video @_@ Brand new vision to see the war again!!!

Yeah, that did kinda kick ***. They kept mentioning that John Ford was filming at all of these sights like the battle of Midway and at Pearl Harbor. Was that footage ever used in a Ford film?
