I have Mike Dunleavy. I drafted a pretty damn good team for a league with 13 other hardcore basketball guys. Time sure flies by. This is the 3rd season I've done fantasy NBA.

 

where the heck is Pietrus at? I don't even think they announced him on the intros.


on a side note, I picked Nowitzski today when I should've picked KG, oh the horror!

You passed up Kevin Garnett for Dirk!? Rebounds like Ben Wallace, passes like a point guard, blocks shots, defends the perimeter, and scores in sh*tloads. How can you pass up that many catagories? O_O Dirk may be good and qualify for center, but man, you gotta REALLY love Dirk to draft him first overall! I have Dirk too, but I took him in the 5th pick overall. I broke my 2 season streak of drafting Tracy McGrady. He's my favorite player and all, but damn, that dude let me down during playoff time last season and I got booted out of the first round of the playoffs. Dirk > T-Mac

i was at the game last nite. i think they just need to shake off the rust. the other fans are idiots. they were booing van exel all nite. dont know why. but if u **** van exel off, thats when he goes nuts. and he exploded for 20 on the warriors because of that. i also dont know why portland didnt keep playing shareef in the 2nd half. the 1st half he was going insane. the warriors couldnt stop him.

last nite was a fluke.. richardson wont (i hope) miss every single outside shot again this season. he couldnt make anything that wasnt a dunk

 

I'm in a 10 man league that's been together for 4 years. I had the 8th pick and was able to get Dirk at the 8th pick. Was I happy and surprised that he fell that far! But you gotta take KG 1st overall. On my draft order I had KG,Dirk,Duncan, Kobe, then TMac as my first 5.

 

I play the daily 5 man team (have to switch guys every day) on espn. 2 days ago, dirk gave me 41 virtual points, so yesterday I decided to pick him lol

too bad he only gave me like 20 yesterday and KG got about 48 points lol

 

Ah..I see. I keep thinking that everyone's using friggin' Yahoo. LOL

Our league's first round got fscked up because one guy's prerankings were outta wack. The guy with the crappy prerankings was picking 2nd, on autodraft. We were all surprised he didn't use the default Yahoo rankings. So the dumbass ended up with Donyell Marshall 2nd overall. Then Tony Parker in the 2nd round. After that, his picks were fine. So it ended up being Garnett, Marshall (hahahaha), Kobe, Duncan, Dirk (me), T-Mac, Kirilenko, Brand, Shaq, Marion, etc, etc.

 

I'm going to the Utah game friday. It should be a close one. Hopefully J rich will have a better game.

 

Utah looked fantastic last night. It was funny watching Kirilenko stuff the hell out of Kobe and Odom throughout the whole game. Well, until Kobe came to his senses and started scoring again.
