All-you-can-eat sushi in San Jose

Anyone know any all you can eat sushi places in SJ? After Spices on Fillmore in SF closed, we have been looking for a new place to go to. Anyone know of any in the South Bay?

Sushi factory is all about specialty rolls. don't expect any good sashimi coming out of from the chef.

Made to order all you can eat, if that's worth anything. Usually those places serve you your stuff real slow, so you'll fill up on tea and let the food settle. If you're going to pay $30 for sushi, you might as well go to a decent place and order 1-2 really good rolls and a few slices of fresh fish.

But... how much fat is in a roll? Compared to say... eating McDonalds?

Calories are not bad if you are working out and exercising.
