To alignment.. or not?

So I've been having some suspension issues since swapping out my d-spec/perrin setup to oem to oem/prodrive. Originally, the shop that swapped out my d-spec/perrin setup forgot to put lower strut bolt nut back on (Yes, there was really only a bolt in the lower strut mount, with no nut to lock the bolt). I found out when swapping the oem setup for some prodrive springs a few weekends ago. So I had to order a nut from the stealership, while temporarily rolling with a more skinny bolt/nut. A second I noticed was the rear driver strut missing the lower rubber spring seat. I was getting minor squeaks and was probably due to the spring seat. Another dealership order. Finally got all the parts last weekend and put them back. Now I'm getting pronounced squeaky noises everytime I go over uneven pavement at < 30 mph. Should I still go in for my scheduled alignment at AI this weekend? Truthfully, I am tired or swapping things out back and forth. Maybe AI can help me diagnose the squeak.

*update* im a foo. the main squeaks were coming from my back seat. I still have very minor squeaks from the springs but i can live with that.

if you are in question at all, an alignment will at least negate one possible reason for bad behaviour from your suspension - ie. loose bolts/nuts.

beyond that, someone else's eyes will be scanning every inch of your suspension/brakes/underbody. they might spot something that you havent seen.

in the end, its peace of mind.
