What's the point of posting this thread if you excluded 99.5% of I-club?
What are the benefits of being sponsored?
What are the sponsoree responsible for?

We will consider 2007 and earlier model WRX or STI cars, or conversions. But we are mostly looking for the cars on this list.
Many i-club members drive more than one car, and have friends who drive other cars.
We are offering different sponsorship levels, and will discuss with applicants what we can do for each other.
Thanks for asking.

Yeah, that'd be some nice info to know. Otherwise you'll get a bunch of people emailing you who are really just curious as to the potential, but aren't really serious about getting a sponsorship.

I would never offer a sponsorship unless it would be worthwhile to you. We already give every new customer a discount, and frequently we sell parts much discounted.
We have many different cars on the list because we want to grow our customer base.
Kevin does good work on many makes and models. So we also want to become better known for makes other than Subaru. (And yes I did post today on forums for other makes, but the moderators deleted us because we are not paying money yet to use their forum. Fortunately we already have enough Subaru community support/business that we can afford to pay i-club. As a business, we often are in the position to give many people a break/discount only to find that whenever we want something--like to introduce our shop on another forum--we have to pay whatever is asked. So we are also hoping that i-club members will help us by telling your friends about our offer if you think they may be interested to apply.)
I also made the list long in order to include many people who may be interested in sponsorship.
We have a general idea of the levels of sponsorship we would like to offer. But we don't want to post it, set it in stone, because we are willing to work with anyone interested to determine how we can best help each other. I hope I don't sound idealistic; we just mean to be very reasonable.
Generally what we expect is that you run stickers on your car, attend shows, events, competition--more or less depending on what you want to do with your car and how involved you want to be. We are working on our logo now to make it look really nice also, because no one wants to put an ugly logo on their car.
What we are going to offer are discounts on labor and parts, scheduled maintenance, etc.--the things we have to give. Taking really good care of cars, and building great cars, that's what we have to offer. We are not usually going to pay entry fees for competitions, but if we are sponsoring someone significantly and they need help to get into their next event, we are willing to listen and see what we can do.
How much you get if we sponsor you depends a lot on how much you want to represent, what kind of mods you have made--several factors are considered. We plan to meet and talk with anyone interested in the most significant levels of sponsorship that we can provide. For more significant sponsorship, you would be asked to attend more events, shows, meets, competitions (if interested in competing, not everyone is), etc.
Hope this sounds really reasonable to everyone. If you have any questions, please e-mail me.
Thank you!
Brandon
