Today started off really bad. I almost died this morning when I fell asleep behind the wheel. I got into work and have a ton of stuff to do, people are yelling.
I just sat down and decided that it's not worth it to kill myself worrying over these things. Stress is making it hard to sleep and I am grinding my teeth when I do sleep.
I hate my job, but it's stable. I have my resume out there and it's only a matter of time. I know I will find something good.
I just decided that I won't worry, and I suddenly felt a LOT better. I feel lighter. Less burdened.
Just thought I would share and, hopefully, spread a little calm over my i-club brothers and sisters. Share the wealth.
On another note, I have a ton of gmail accounts if anyone needs them.

I call it a possitive snap. Its more of a form of enlightenment.
When you come to a point in your life where you think things just can't get any worse, then they do, and suicide is not an option for obvious reasons.
You just let go, and deal with the **** in your life, you find reasons to live, and things to look forward to (sleeping in on the weekends
).I don't know you bro, but I am glad you have released a bit of tension in your life.
I have learned through many hard times, that no matter how bad things get, they get better at some point. It could be months, or years even, but life will get better. And remember that God doesn't hate you, he isn't punishing you, you are just living life and it sucks at times.
You can do it bro!!!!!!!

Well Ryan, I am glad to hear you were able to just say F**K it, and let it go....I know how you feel (I just dont have the commute that you do). I have been very depressed lately for various reasons (Mainly Female issues for me, or lack of - that is), and you know its getting bad when you can sit on the couch and not one single thing that you absolutely LOVE to do, can get you out of the house, and all you can think about is how ****ty things are right now. I have yet been able to find my "positive snap" as mcdrama calls it, but I have been forcing myself to get out and go to meets, mingle with friends, etc. its helped a little bit, but nothing significant yet.
anyways, I am glad that you are feeling better, and I hope everything works out for you. Just remember, no matter how bad things get for you, your friends/family will always be there for you, even if that means just logging on to ICLUB and chatting with some buddies, or posting useless threads
.
on a lighter note...........
I GOT MY STI LOWER CONTROL ARMS TODAY!!!!! w00t!!! which means, I will also get to install my StopTechs that I have been sitting on for about 3 months now! Also, did anyone know that the STI LCAs come with an anti-lift kit!? Only problem is they use the crappy rubber bushings instead of Polyurethane ones, but thats a minor issue.
/\/\/\/\ actually this made me happy, and helped release some of that bottled up depression/stress that I have been dealing with too.

Head up, man. Female problems (or lack of) should be the last thing you should stress over. I had a huge dry spell right before I met my wife. Stop looking and you will find someone. I truly believe that. Just stay out there. Hang out with friends, go get some coffee, listen to some live music, etc.
I don't know if you are still in school or not, but hang out on campus and get involved in anything if you are.
If not, I'm sure some of your friends know people that might be cool to hang out with. I know we all talk game here on i-club, but I think that most everyone wants to find their someone.
Find a friend first. That is the best advice I can give anyone...
Oh, and I am hella jealous of you... bastard. [mumble]fraSTilowercontrgrmble[/mumble]

Man, what are you doing?!??!? Weddings are the BEST place to meet chicks!!!
hahahha!!!
This is great. Seriously. It is even better that you have lots of friends that are married. Married folk are always looking to trick more of their friends into getting married. And there is nothing wives like better than to try to pair up their friends with their husbands friends... trust me on this one...
It would be WAY worse if all your friends were single males. Then it would just be a sword fight every weekend. My wife always throws little bbq's and crap and invites all our single friends to see if anyone looks interested.
We hooked up one of my best friends that way. He just got married to my wife's friend in February. They are perfect for each other.
Seriously, you are in a great situation!!! Just maybe drop a couple of subtle hints. Don't go up to them and ask them to hook you up with someone or anything. Just maybe try the old "you guys are so great together, I hope I can find someone, too" or some crap like that...
Okay, don't say that... I just read it and it sounds like ***.
