I'll prob be at the Palo Alto Fry's around 2 or 3. Yes I am crazy too... plus GF wants the $400 HP laptop.

 

Man screw all that I'm getting on the highway and driving to the desert in the morning, have fun shopping!

 

Bleh, nothing seems good on that flyer but i'm still going. my buddy is getting in line at around midnight for the crapbox 32" LCD. he feels that he might have to go "tinkle" and needs a buddy to take his place in line. as soon as 5 rolls around im heading back home.
the good thing about the palo alto western store is the covered walkway they have out front. especially considering the fact that the rain is starting to come down a bit.

 

I am going to swing by there a little later like 6am or so and see if they have any of those 19" lcd monitors for $189 left.

 

i passed by a few best buys and circuit cities in fairfield and in union city... they got lines formin out there! crazy...

 

i just got back home from there. what a zoo. the people in front of us each got shopping carts and made a dash for the monitors. reminded me of the great T.V. show "Supermarket Sweep." each were getting one of each along with the AMD 64X mobo/chip package. its like they were all getting new computers or something. seems more like craigslist/ebay resellers.
this morning i saw society at it's worst. it was kinda fun leaving with our crap while people were still trying to get in line.

 

I didn't go, my bed was too comfortable to go deal with other people.

My wife's been out there with the rest of the women in our family since 5am, not sure if she cared for my response when she asked me if I wanted to go with them at 4:30am this morning

frys at automall was crazy ! the line got back up all the way down osgood !

 

i was the first 10 at best buy and we got laptops for $379

 

I've never been to Fry's on a Black Friday, but I did go to their after X-Mas sales. My friends were lined up at the Sunnyvale location since 2:30.

 

I realized today that I have an addiction of spending money. The only thing I bought for myself today was another DVD burner. Everything else I got for other people. :|
At least they will appreciate it.
