Unhappy Accident Victim Need Advice

if i were hit in the front by someone backing up, and she twists her story around when talking to her insurance company, how do prove that they're lying? I know that the person with the front damage are likely to be at fault vs a person who has a back damage. If anyone has ever had this experience or know someone who has please let me know. Thanks in advance guys.

Find out if there were any other witnesses, see about making her take a polygraph (lie detector).

I was thinking of doing that if it came to that, the only thing is i'm not sure if it'll hold up in court.

I was a witness in a case like this. If I hadn't testified (in writing, twice) the guy that was backed into would have been found 100% guilty.

I have a 2 1/2 witnesses, however they're people i know.
1. My wife (inside the car w/ me)
2. My co-worker watching from inside my work
1/2. my 9 month old son. Well his testimony is not probable because his car seat was facing the back window.

Please tell me you got a police report. ALWAYS get a police report no matter how small the accident. Your wife, co-worker and yourself should be enough if they are only one person. Especially your co-worker since he/she is an independent party. And most importantly get a good lawyer. My mom is a lower and Ill talk to her about good ones around here.

We tried to get a police report, but since it happened in a private property "parking lot" they said don't need to unless it was a severe accident (ambulance, bloods, guts the whole nine yards).

Don't mess around:

Call Bill Gagen - (925) 837-0585

tell them David Savell sent you. I've worked a lot with Greg McCoy, a business lawyer with this firm.

best lawyers around...
