I was at a crossroads and have decided to just dream about the STI and spend money on a swap(my insurance is killing me slowly!). I've only spoken with one person who did their swap from I-speed. But he was one of the first to do it and I don't recall ever talking about the cost. I've checked out the I-speed website but it left me in question. My question is whether or not the prices have come down at all. Second is if they buy the used EJ25 and third , if its possible to cut costs by substituting OEM parts for aftermarket ones that i've purchased ahead of time(BFV, Intercooler, intake plumbing, up-pipe.)If anyone has done this swap and has any info to add that isn't present on the I-speed website, it would help.
Thanks
James

Yea the guys at I-speed do really clean swaps. everything looks factory. FYI the expensive part of the swap is the wiring harness. So costs are lower, but not by too much i would imagine.
