Man has the 5 quart jugs of total for like $35 right now. I'd rather buy a few of those. Mobil 1 falls apart dude.

And not every costco has it.

I thought Mann stopped carrying Total? He must have some left. I need to get a case of oil from him too

I still have some too, and I have no problem using it in the other cars. The WRX just went through it too fast.

He did. Last I heard he had a few left. I bought one off him. I should have bought more but it's all the cash I had on me at BAM after I threw money in for the raffle. LOL.

If you buy a few he'll discount it more. They were trying to get him to buy some god awful amount. Insane. The new stuff he's running from what I hear is pretty bomb.

Well you do have the premium condition for a vehicle. I don't. LOL! Dirt roads every day.

I found that once they were bought out the quality dropped dramatically. I started noticing that it would thin out REALLY quick and it burned off at a much higher rate that it used. To I switched to Castrol and when I can get to a shop better stuff... like Motul and Total. But I haven't touched Mobil one in years unless I have no choice. Seems I need to do a change at like 2500 miles when I do. Castrol stays clean and thick for probably 1500 more miles and the motul I have in right now has held up pretty well too.

Yes, I talked to him about it too. He said they wanted him to stock a LOT and do X amount in sales per month, so he cut ties with them.
