I'd be down for that! Seriously...we should do it! where ya thinkin' of lining up/meeting? If anyone would be coming from the southbay area....maybe we could caravan up together. I am not familiar with that area at all....so I would have to follow someone.

I don't really like the rounded, more-boring look of the new Forester front. Looks way too much like a Ford Freestyle..... and Escape, too.

Hey Ted, if peeps are actually meeting up and you're goin', give me a call. I probably wont be online after I leave in a couple hours to drive up there. Gracias

I think it would be cool to be all lined up as they go past......maybe they'd stop and invite us along on the cruise....that would be awesome! But if not, it'd still be sweet to be all lined up lookin' good to get their attention as they go by!

I found out from the thread starter where they are stored. Maybe we could meet somewhere around there tomorrow morning. PM me for details...
yeah, I work for the national park service so I'm informed of all the special events that happen in and around crissy field. It was pretty cool watching a train XT's driving around. I'd meet you guys tomorrow but I'll be up in mountains

Truth of the matter...
They'll be moving them early tomorrow morning to the top level of Pier 39. The cruise starts from that point on Saturday morning, and cruises up through the North Bay. I'm betting on a route that takes them through Novato and west past the Cheese Factory. Once past there, they'll head north on Hwy 1 probably to an area just south of Marshall. That's the route they took with the Tribeca while doing a press drive on April 16th.
They have an off-road setup somewhere around 6 miles south of Marshall to take the new cars to play in the dirt.

This morning there was a truck-ful of new Foresters parked in San Leandro, the one license plate I saw was from New Jersey. But there was also a Honda Pilot on the truck too

That's funny as hell, about page 3 they all start calling BS on each other- saying they need "proof" that Subaru is having their national meeting, ha ha ha!
Too bad about the new grille though....
It'll be '08 before my bugeye wagon is paid off anyway, maybe things won't be so butt ugly by then.....
