Have it the next weekend, July 16-17th, that way I will be able to make it, and it will also avoid the Moto GP so people will be able to make it that really wanna go, but already have plans that weekend.

My girlfriends dad is this semi retired older dude. Truck driver. BBQ specialist. He does big events and what not. He might be willing to drive out and do it.

He picks up all the meat...believe me...it's the best butcher I've ever been to and he gets good prices cause he buy so much meat. Ask Justin (bluwrxwagon) about the meat. I had it at my girls bday party weekend before last. (Justin...the meat he uses doesn't have that marinade though)haa.

Anyways. He gives you a price....does everything for you. Meat. Beans. Bread. etc. When I say beans...I mean to say the best beans you've had in your life.

You tell me how many people....I can ask him and get a price for you.

I'm sure it reasonable since it's a side thing for him and he likes to do it.

last year I think there were like 230+ people, over 150 subies showed up, many with >1 person.
