you know.. a good way I noticed to loosing weight it to stress. haha I'm serious. I mean, it's not a GOOD thing... but it happens. I've been eating like a pig, but I haven't been gaining any weight. In Fact, I've been losing. Got me all worried that I might be sick or have a tape worm haha. but yeah.. it's because of stress. But in another light... my friend has been doing the Weight Watcher's thing and she's been loosing a whoooole lot. just the portions and the food points the make you keep track of make you loose weight. And can you imagine how fast you'd be losing if you exercise AND do that? man.. that will be like 4 or 5 lbs a week. I was at 275-80... and then the stress came and I am now 260 and can't gain any weight at all for now. It's weird... but the Doctor said I'm ok it's just that Metabolism is really high right now. hope that helps... and try not to stress hehe. it's not good for you

haha I don't want to... I like the way I am.. but really though, I'm really proud of you for the weight loss. You have to have a lot of strong will and determination... especially losing as much as you did. What DID you do anyway?

nah just playing, i'd be a LOT smaller.....i took up Muay Thai, and changed my diet. no sodas, i mostly eat chicken and rice, and that work out.
