At this point I really hope the Dolphins win, because they are close to us with the worst record in the league. If the 49ers can end the reason with the worst record I will be happy simply because of our 1st round pick in the draft.

You know they're going to trade the first pick, right? The first player drafted always gets a huge salary and they for damn sure aren't going to pay that.

Too bad they are in "salary cap hell" and will end up trading their 1st round pick for lower picks or no name players because they can't afford to pay quality players.

Larry has more money than Jones and Young combined, and as much as I'd like to see two former greats own the team, Larry was dead serious and bastid Yorks wouldn't sell the team.

Larry has a big ego, he would have made damn sure that team would be winning bowls...

Money and ego don't matter just ask Redskins fans about that. It's about desire and knowledge and knowing what you do and don't know. Thats why the owner that has the least external assests in baseball is George Steinbrenner and in basketball its Jerry Buss. Thats alot of two championships for guys who pretty much have nothing but their teams. Granted the Yankees and all its entities are worth over a billion dollars but thats how George made his money.

Remember all of our great players? None of them have been 1st rounders, Joe Montana was a 3rd rounder, I think Rice was either 4th or 5th, T.O. was late too, Steve Young wasnt even drafted. We will do fine with more picks as opposed to one high priced pick that will probably leave 3 years later.
