1. Money isn't made out of paper; it's made out of cotton.
2. The 57 on Heinz ketchup bottle represents the varieties of pickle the company once had.
3. Your stomach produces a new layer of mucus every two weeks - otherwise it will digest itself (eewwww).
4. The Declaration of Independence was written on hemp paper.
5. The dot over the letter 'i' is called a "tittle".

I knew 1, 2, 4, 6, 15, 16, 21, 22 and had heard a few of the others,
but #8 is just plain wrong, -ever see the show mythbusters?
I kinda doubt #40 too, Nasa has to have provisions for some flatulence in a space suit
