3M™ Tape - Where to buy locally?

Anyone know where to buy
3M™ Automotive Acrylic Plus Attachment Tapes p/n: 06383 locally? Marin Area preferabbly. Reason being, I want to install the STI Splitters on 05WRX, but I don't want to cut the three top holes and rather just tape them.

You dont even need the tape. My splitters stay on no problem, no tape.
