Actually its Ctrl S on the mac. I'm a fast typer, but for some reason I still rarely run into any issues. I guess I don't read the posts fast enough to respond within 30 seconds of the last one

its just for your posts, not from the last post made.

you cannot make more then 1 post every 30 seconds.
