Man, I went through a similar thing at one point in my life. It sucks!

Looks like you're going to be that dick who is doing the speed limit and holding up traffic for a few years...

Get A Valentine One!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A piece of good advice get a VALENTINE ONE!!!!!! It will at least make you alert where they are hiding. But you shouldnt speed anyways. I havent gotten any tickets since i got my detector. Its a good investment and will save you more $$$$$ in the long run.

Laterz!

Eli

+1 for the V1.

Also if you did not do TRAFFIC SCHOOL for your previous ticket DO IT NOW for the 20 over.

you're only a dick if you do the limit in the fast lane. Just my opinion.

yea rollins road is not a 30MPH road (well it is, but no one obeys it). I didn't even think I was speeding.

and I called the cop a ***got because he went out of his way to write me a non updated license address ticket. what a dick.

it's not like I was doing 110 on the freeway, I could have probably stopped on a dime going 50.

I honestly think laws are too tight. more warnings should be given.

if the ticket from speeding last time didnt get you to slow down, why would giving you a warning be any better? Stats show that drivers that recieve tickets are better drivers for the next 3 months. If you give them a warning it will just make them think they can get away with **** like that. It doesnt matter what you think of the law, its the law and it is there for a reason. Speed limits are not arbitrary numbers.

my last ticket was for 54 in a 35 right after it changed from 40 to 35. I don't beleive I was going that fast, my speedo read below 50 but I suppose that could have been right.

Either way, I paid $240 for this one, and still have to pay for traffic school.

My previous tickets were sept. 2004 & 2005. Seems like once a year I pay to play.

Agreed. I was thinking more along the lines of two lane roads when I wrote that. When I was in college, and dealing with all the points on my license, I was taking Shannon/Hicks road to get to school. It's a 30mph road, which I always used to do about 40-60 on...as do most folks who drive that road. There was a cop named "Reynolds" who loved to patrol that road...
