What I was getting at is the car is horribly slow. You missed my point, I haven't forgotten what STi stands for but I do expect more out of Subaru the current STi is still a laughable 305 hp due to cast engine components that cannot handle added HP

Your point was not made in a clear manner then. Putting an STI badge on something again does not mean it is super fast or has crazy horsepower. It can mean a range of many things.

"Someone should slap Subaru for putting the STi badges on this N/A slug" does not = The car is horribly slow and Subaru needs to make faster cars.

STI is a company, not a car.

I don't get why people can't understand that. Granted the only sti model the us market gets is the wrx sti, it's not that complicated to realize it's a company.

It's like trd or amg

Correct. Tho "STI" is being used as the main marker for the 257's unlike AMG which has many different models of them.

Dont TRD on me.

Looks like the '16 WRX can be ordered as of yesterday, still no hatch/5 Door option. A couple of changes with colors: Lightning Red and Galaxy Blue are replaced with Pure Red and Lapis Blue Pearl (same as '15 Legacies and Outbacks) respectively.

STI Limiteds have a choice of the normal spoiler OR a lip spoiler. Both are different model codes. Oddly enough, Launch Edition looks like it returns for '16.

Nothing else with regard to equipment updates (i.e. updated touchscreen unit) to report as of yet. Engine options (2.0 and 2.5) remain the same.
