2014 forester xt with eyesight package question

Im having a business look for this vehicle for me and my wife and im told you cant get the eyesight package on the black forester xt touring.
Can anyone confirm this? and anyone know the reason for this?
the subaru website also makes you change the color from black to another option when clicking on the eyesight package to add.

THIS SEEMS RACIST!

well after being on the phone with a couple dealerships in CA i finally got my answer.
the black paint causes problems with the eyesight system.
just incase anyone else was wondering.

glad to hear the system is robust and one wouldn't foresee any performance issues based upon the color of the car causing problems.

i believe the issue is that black cars have a better reflection causing the eyesight camera to think of it as a moving object based on the reflection

I believe...

...that this has been covered at least a couple of times at SubaruForester.org if you'd like to check.
