300hp is more than enough. What the STI really needs is a diet. Less weight = better acceleration, mileage, stopping, etc.

+1. 300HP is plenty for the street, and even the back roads.

That is all.

It's there guys, actually, both are, the coupe and the hatch b/c after Mike@GSt told me about it I went in and spent time looking and talking w/ Ari.

Not too sure about the 2.0 vs. 2.5, single cam vs. double cam, yadda-yadda, I'll save that for the test drive. What stuck out is how they did the side mirrors. *Yeah, I do see the Focus bit with the front end now that I looked at it in person.

Looks like a corolla/focus

Wtf are they doing? The 08+ bland styling of the sedan/hatch 2.5i (which looks like a smaller camry)wasn't a hint that they should stop making awd toyotas?

Its crazy how much better the 02-07s look...I don't think ill be downgrading to a newer subaru...I only like the sti hatch and forester at the moment

04-05 FTMFW, lol. But I think the newest ones look pretty good, and I feel like I've been seeing a ton of 09+ STI hatches lately.

08-11=ugly, 12-13=still ugly, 14=might be "some" hope by Subaru's interesting STi gossip. Hope they do return to WRC & make a street clone for homoligation, just like 02-07 (the best rally years period).
