It was a ton of fun yesterday! Nice seeing i-clubbers out at the track! Thanks to Eric for giving me some pointers! Your GC is definitely a Monster!
Here's a vid from my first session of the day. Best lap time was 2:17, slow compared to Eric's 2:09!

Officially, best was a 2:10 yesterday. May have gotten a 2:08 unofficially. :P

NCRC < SpeedVentures < TMR for organization.
TMR has an older crowd vs NCRC is more young/agressive. Lesser spinouts, a bit slower speeds in the lower run groups, smoother sessions.
Sometimes they do tiered sessions, meaning 3 sessions for cheaper vs pay a lil more for 5 sessions. Both times I went, enough people left after lunch that anyone who wanted more could join the afternoon sessions.
I don't see it specified in the description, but I left them a message asking the same.

Hey Guys I'm looking to attend Laguna Seca Track day. My question is which event is most suited for novice track drivers? Any time is Nov or Dec I'm open to those two months. Thank you.

There were 4 GR STI's (all hatches, me + 3 others) out at Laguna with HOD on Wed this week, was great running with them all in B group. Anyone who is on here?
I had a fun day, but going ***** out in the mid-day heat in session 3 did my cooling system a whole bunch of no good, puked a bunch of coolant out of the overflow all over my nice new battery & tie-down
Since the coolant temps were generally OK in the session, a bit worried my headgasket may be starting to leak when the car is pushed hard. Oh well, with 24psi on the stock engine, its not going to live forever
