Well today my wife and I went to the local Subaru dealership to see if they might have a new or slightly used STI for sale. They didn't have any on the lot but did have one en route.

I was told that within the next two weeks they should get in a 2011 SWP limited sedan. I really don't care for that color or it being a limited model. What I did care about was the price, $37,345 before the fee's and tax. That I know is what is posted on the Subaru website, but dang really that much more just for leather seats?

Dude don't ever, EVER pay anywhere near MSRP.

Most people I've heard of buying new STi's usually get them around invoice. I've even seen some go for $500 under invoice. You just got to have good negotiating skills

Just gotta find a good dealer.

Carlsen is cool

BY FAR CHEAPEST place to buy a subaru is HEUBERGER MOTORS, number one dealer in the US. In COLORADO, but they are really cool.

Good luck! You should be able to get one under MSRP pretty easily.

Just called Larry, he gave me some really good pricing. I will hopefully be sliding into a new 11 here before sept is out!
