To make the story short
#1 has a pitbull
#2 shoots #1's pitbull because it has gotten loose around the neighborhood and mauled someone across the street, let alone other problems of vicious acts. (protecting his family, including little daughter)
#2 Buys a puppy for their daughter later
#1 Shoots puppy in retaliation for his pitbull in the past
I'd just read the article, it's short.
Which one would you have decided on, or what would you have done?

Pitbull in my neighborhood, owner keeps losing track of it...walked into my next door neighbors garage, his wife almost shot it, but it left.

the place where this happened, beaumont, is like the fresno(armpit) of texas. but it's texas, so relatively it's pretty much a very awful place that you'd never want to visit.

If I was either neighbor... I wouldn't have shot the dog... I just would have given it some "bad" treats (if you know what I mean). Much more discrete that just straight up shooting the ****er.
