I have never been submitted a two story saga from a studio before... it is very exciting, and shows a commitment level that is hard not to respond to.

Studio says - "We want you to write 2 movies and they'll go into production in series".
Usually they do 1 and have an option for the 2nd one rather than commit to both from the start.

Excited about the sexy locations the filming of this saga would take us... this novel like story, that has twists and unexpected turns that is authentic, truthful and challenging to the characters.

The studio is set to make two more movies. That means a definite pay check for two films. It'd be like an athlete accepting an offer to sign for two seasons/years instead of accepting the one season/year offer. It's reliable money.
