What are you looking for: Stiff? Smooth? In between?
Do you want adjustability for height? adjustibility for stiffness? Both?
The best all around suspension you can get is some STi takeoffs from Japan. These are availible from www.gruppe-s.com however are subject to what's in stock or not. I'm sure they can order you some, but that may take some time. You can also talk to Mike Sheilds at www.spdtuning.com, as he carries the P1 suspension from the UK (the same as Japanese take offs to all intents and purposes)
Coil-Overs are stiffer, but you get adjusibility.

How deep are your pockets for this project?

[mteicher] set it and forget it, not interested in adjustibility options. Searching for a vast improvement over stock replacements.

There you go, Thanks Holland!
In this case, Call up Mike Shields, and talk to him. P1 suspension, you'll love it!

Although, if you're really willing, the WR Sport setup is the best of the best when it comes to Strut/SPring setup for our cars.
But talk to Mike, he'll let you know. He's a great guy with a lot of knowledge.

You forgot the P1 setup Gagan. Because that setup is much stiffer than the Prodrive WR setup. Both ride really nice. I have the WR setup and I like it. I have been in a car with the P1 setup also and it is really stiff and comfortable which is rather surprising.

Or, there is the ever present stock RS solution for cheap...
MPJ sells the Ground Control coilovers, you can get some KYB AGX's and get those and have a nice suspension as capable as a full coilover system for <$1000
