He ****ed up, sorry 2 nice cars had to get fubared in the process. His story sounds legit, so does yours, either way its 100% his fault since he rear ended you

He did say he bought the car with his own money, so hopefully he learns a lesson

Oh God, that kid posted his story hoping he'll hear what he wants to hear from his fellow NorCalEvo guys backing him up. Then it turns out that they believe Nat's story more than his. I feel bad for that kid. Stuff happens and sometimes you gotta make choices, even if they aren't the best ones.

Yea Nat, get that back checked ASAP. That sh*t's going to cost you bank in the long run with all the back therapy sessions and crap. Your health is just as important as your ride, IMO.

does anyone know anything about recieving a diminished value payment from the insurance? i was in the middle of selling my car and now i obviously wont get what my car is worth now.

In that case, its a really hard sell. Most ins companies wont give you any extra for the value of the car dropping as a result of an accident.
