When i worked in Financail Aid on my college campus for over 2 years..... i got WAY worse, foul mouthed calls than that..... and you know what i did. ****ING PUT UP WITH IT. If someone got too out of control i would ask them to calm down and MAYBE transfer to a supervisor. I NEVER once hungup on someone.......... and thats a college financial aid not ****ING 911!! damn that guys is redik!

I like how she adds that 911 callers should be trained to handle that kind of thing because when ppl call 911, chances are something really bad is going on

really tho. Its not like she was "adding to the problem" by giving him facial expression or rude hand gestures

wow that officer is truly a douche bag.

as to what stupidchicken mentioned above, i too have been in those cases where people will yell at you over the phone since i was a hotel operator for a few months. you get all kinds of calls/ complaints. i never did once yell or curse at anyone, no matter how much i wanted to. thats just unprofessional.

he knows hes wrong, look at him run to his car like a little wuss. if you were man enough you can admit your faults.

wow.. talk about being unprofessional... cut the losses, get rid of that officer and call it a day. hire people that need jobs who can actually handle situations like this. what a shame...

I didn't watch the video, so maybe this is answered already: she was arrested for swearing? Since when is swearing illegal?
