Kids not even a week old and she filed a ex parte hearing. Wow.. She really needs to grow up.
She want full control of everything.
Well I was going to upgrade her old beat down subaru to a nice one. But looks like that money gets used to send lawyers into court tomorow.

mike, dont worry, unless she has some really good evidence that your a a fat druggie and that you are incapable of taking care of the kid, you will at least get them on weekends and holidays. thats the least that will happen unless she has some serious evidence against you.
The only reason i know is cause i am the child of one of those court hearings, and I have also seen this happen to other guys i know. the judge will view the evidence and unless you are incapable of even taking care of yourself or have serious drug related problems. the worst they can give you is the "weekends and holidays with the kids only".
Sorry this is happening to you man. It's bull**** but girls think that the kid will grow up better without the child ever seeing there father. I think they are completely wrong cause i know that living without my father completely sucked.
