Mark was running 11.8s with his old turbo - you think he'll gain .1-.2 secs with all the additional mods? That seems pessimistic.

Ben, ever think about coming up too Sears Point for their drag racing???...
I think March 8 is one of their first races...
I'll be out @ either one of those tracks in a few weeks...after the motors broke in a bit.

I would be up for doing some drag racing....i haven't been to the strip in about 4 years since I've been doing more HPDE's these days....definitely post when you're going and I'll try to make it.

 

100 octane tune is different than a c16 tune.... he will make more power on 100 on this turbo than he did on the green on c16 but not by a whole lot, thats why i said .2 increase.

Let us know when you are going to the track, my car should be done and id like to see how it does. IBiblowmytrannyonthefirstlaunch

BTW i'll be runing a new fuel, ...from talking to the guys @ VP, i should be able to get almost as much from motorsport109 as C16.

You know, I called Sears Point and asked them about running my Benz. They said "if you run faster than a 12 you'll be asked to leave". They do not intend to honor the new 11.5 rule - and it's an awfully long drive for a single pass on the 'strip. They told me not to even bother bringing the SRT/10, since it's a convertible.

So... how about the first grudge night up at Sacramento for a rematch of "HERVIPR" vs the STi from hell? with Videos, of course!!
