Are you happy about the parts and how they feel or the work done?

Two differant things.....

I went in ther and looked around after calling a few times. Didnt really get a warm feeling. When I called I hope it was a new guy I spoke with. So I drove by and still was not impressed until I walked outside to see their shop cars.

Maybe it was just a strange day. Who knows... Glad you got everything back good.

Hmm, at first it might feel like that but they are a great group of guys from the people in the office to the installers. Mike did most of the work if not all of what I had done and he was happy to answer all my questions I kept bothering him with and hes a really nice guy. Rob too, the one in the front desk/office area. He helped me out ALOT with all the stuff I bothered him with, and couldn't have been a better guy.

It must have just been one of those days. Everyone here is usually very busy and I'm sorry you didn't get a warm greeting. Next time you need something come in and ask for me. I'll get you hooked up.

Our labor rates are $400 for WRX and $450 for STI + parts.

It takes about 4-6 hours depending on type of trans and type of clutch.

yeah I got one of those cold funny feelings when I went there to buy a perrin turbo inlet. But ehh I just assumed it was because they didn't know me.
