More like 1-2k, but still, every time theres a new big chop thread, or a new version of an Impreza comes out, theres a large influx in members

Meanwhile, there might be a large influx on I-club with nasioc being FUBARED

Do the i-Club dudes make money too? I mean no big deal if they do but damn that's a lot of money!

Wanna know whats even funnier? That Nick doesn't like the truth coming out about how much he makes off the people on Nasiocock. And he makes more than $120K off the site. But he "spends" it all on upkeep people!!

I JUST WANT THE BARN BACK DAMN IT!!

I just talked to Nick too, the server is up and running, but if there's no power to the Phone Company's switch, then no web-host in the area is gonna be online, even ones in Hosting Facilities.

But thanks for your lack of concern.

Don't forget Adsense and that ghey program that pulls keywords from post text (not sure the name). Not sure how many unique visitors Nick gets a day but i'm sure he's making $50+++ a day on adsense alone. Maybe even $100+ a day? If I was guranteed that much cash a day for practically nothing then i'd have a server made of Titanium.

he should give all vendors a free month for the time it's been down. thats a ton of advertising that will be lost in the next week.

So, you missed this NANOG post then? Where the Sr. Network Engineer for XSpedius (Nicks connectivity provider) says that she has customers down?

I have some customers down, probably due to power outages or Bell
issues, as I'm getting AIS on their ports. Otherwise, we're operational
on generator power. Hopefully, Wilma will move out soon so we can get
our techs back in and see what the neighborhood looks like. I just hope
they're pretty quick to get commercial power back on. Diesel is
expensive these days :-)

And there are a whole series of posts on NANOG about connections that are down. Thread title is 'Hurricane Wilma'.
