With all due respect Gagan, I'm not sure you're right.

Two different machines I have on different networks start to fail at different points along different routes, not near the endpoint of his address space.

The global BGP tables show that the AS that he is within is dual homed to 2 providers.

Now, that doesn't mean that HE is dual homed, but it wouldn't surprise me if he no longer runs the site on a home DSL line and runs it in a DC somewhere in FL.

 

he has multiple t1's at his house.. think it was 3 or 4.. most likely multihomed to different isp's...

he is a ****ing idiot, a house will never be a data center.. unless you pay the local power co to wire you up to a few grids, you put your house on stilts, run multiple chillers and generators, and the likes...

dude is an idiot even if he has moved it to a data center.. he obviously didnt pick the right data center...
