+1 for Ed again
Due to circumstances outside of mine and Ed's control, I've had to run around either untuned or with Cobbs Stage 2 OTS map since mid-November, but today I got my protune maps made by Ed on the new AP and I had forgotten how much power his map makes

never been dyno'd, we did road tuning and I never dyno'd because supposedly automatics dont do well. but I think he estimated 215 hp/tq at the wheels on 91 and 230 whp/245 wtq on 100 octane. he did pretty conservative tunes because of it being an automatic. I'm still happy though, its a hell of a lot smoother and the power comes on faster than with the OTS maps

within a few months the car will be an MT, and the maps will be tweaked a bit in addition to an SPT intake being slapped on, and then I'll have dyno results

AT's can be dyno'd... get the rollers spinning and put the car in "2". right before redline put it in "N" and let off the gas. otherwise, things get a little fun for the dyno operator.
2nd will not downshift into 1st on a 4EAT, and if the dyno is already rolling, the TC won't screw up the curve.

Thanks Matt... I'm glad you're enjoying your old pro-tuned maps again.
While its possible to dyno an automatic, the results don't really mean too much. I also believe its practically impossible to tune AT car purely on the dyno. You really have to tune for the shifting patterns of the tranny and the tunes end up being very different when compared to MT tunes.

Lets be a bit more mature... mkay? There's a nice dyno available, so I'm using it for the time being.
Thanks
