I would think the 6-MT would make the turbo feel more responsive with the shorter ratios.

True, but evan with the long WRX gears the car just does not give up!!

very nice numbers. im not saying it cant be done but with that power and the weight of a stock wrx you'll run low 12's. id be really surprised if it will go below a 12 flat. now with e85 or 100oct you'll see high 11's.

^ 11.7 has been done on a stock turbo sti with c16 with less power so it can be done

Nice numbers! How much PSI are you running? And I hope you have better luck with longevity of this block as well!

Except from what I understand that is not a "stock" turbo and that run time has never been consistently (or at all) duplicated

This power should be good for 117-118mph trap speeds which is definately enough for an 11 second pass with a good driver.
