Since, my STi is out for repairs now I decided to clear out all the the amber items from the lights. Wasnt really too bad to do.

So here is a picture of it..

I'm sure someone has done this already but figured what the heck.

I left the little one up in the corner since those are the ones that stay on with the headlight/parking lights and I dont want to be too conspicuous(the little orange bulbs arent quite orange enough) and then I used the big orange bulb for the turn signal and you really cannot tell the difference there, they sell an orange bulb thats silver plated that I will probably swap out later on so you dont see any orange at all until you use the signal, a bit pricely though

 

BTW, I have to add that this is the one mod I have made that has made the most difference in the car to me, and Im really not one of those people thats into goofy tail lights or different color bulbs

You wont belive how much better and cleaner the car will look with those ugly orange reflectors taken out, and its FREE!!

well almost free, you had definitly better get a tube of silicone to reseal the headlight when you put them back together, even the smallest opening will fog your lights up quick! Ultra Black might be a bit of overkill, but if its good enough to keep 200 degree pressurized coolant in youe engine, it will keep the moisture out of your headlights
