Ive replaced both my seats with sparco Pro 2000s. I somehow misplaced one of the stock seatbelt latches (the part w/ the red button that bolts to the seat). Subaru dealers only sell a complete seat belt assembly for too much money. Anybody have one of these lying around that they dont need?

I'd go to a pick and pull. I believe you can use a latch from any subaru impreza.

 

If you get one from a wrecking yard, examine the latch and belt for evidence of a person having been in that seat when a collision occurred. The nylon webbing will be distorted and sometimes take on the appearance of being slightly burned or melted in an accident. If this is the case, look for another latch because it may fail if you use it. In a collision, the seat belt and latch is subjected to hundreds of pounds of pressure from a person's body weight and the sudden g-loading.
