Wasnt it because Obama told the feds to chill out and let the state handle it? I think I remember the feds still doing raids on pot farms and collectives after the law passed.

Of course that tax it but won't the tax be a good substitute for getting a fatty ticket for having illegal mods and not having to watch your back for cops all the time? What about having to keep your stock turbo back to pass smog, its just a pain... I think this would be great if it does become exempt..

In case you guys haven't figured it out, the white house petitions are a complete joke. All the petitions people have started there that DID get over the 25K signatures have been met with an "official" (some un-paid white house interns) reply stating that while they appreciate our concern, they cannot take action on this because... or the white houses position on this stands because...
dont even waste your time, heres the only white hose petition you should sign, And oh look, its been over 25K signatures since last month,

It's a good idea if you take out the E85 part... aside from making mad powaz, E85 is a **** fuel. its not environmentally friendlier than dinojuice (in many production methods its worse) and its cost is to high to compete in the marketplace which is why you and i subsidize it heavily.
CNG? sure. electric conversion? why not. Aftermarket hybrid solutions? now where talking.
E85? **** that noise.
