Hella just saw a van on the side of 101 southbound between wllow and university missing a wheel. thought he just had a flat went to fix it and just set it down on the rotor. Nope!!!! The wheel was Hella on the sholder 1/2 a mile down!!! hella

was that van white? if so i hella saw that. Also livermore was hella hot today.. 110 degrees.. Longest time i ever used the AC
