Hey everyone,

as you know this is no easy task. I'm going to need quite a few people helping me out with the cooking, signing in, and setting up. It would be ideal to have about 10-12 people (as well as the guys I already know are helping me out... thanks guys).

If you help out, Alex agreed to give you your own personal I-club email account with 20mb of storage space... and on top of that, it'd be GREATLY appreciated.

I'll need a few people to meet at my house in Fremont before the event this year, just like last. So, if you wanna get there early and set up, specify that... or if you wanna help with signing people in (and stamping hands for alcohol), or cooking duty (just flip the food... basic stuff). Thanks guys and goylz.

You really don't want me cooking. But I would totally be down for showing up early to set up and help throughout the day if there was an Avatar in it for me. Sorry but I have no use for an email account. DOn't mean to haggle over volunteer time, but I'm desperate for an avatar. Let me know.

I think the meeting time at my house is going to be at 7:30am...

 

I don't mind helping to set up! & I can be down to take pics here & there but my camera isn't all that though.

& tell Alex to hook up an ole skooler w/ an AVATAR DAMNIT!!!

I can meet you at your house to help load stuff (sportin the wagon!) and bring it up.
