Does the Hero4 have a different mount/attachment? It says these are only good for Hero1/2/3.

The 4 mounting looks the same. I have a hard time believing that GoPro would change their mount on that. It would **** off a lot of people.

Just a heads up. The mounts here aren't geniune GoPro. They're some third party. I got a big bag of these for Xmas. Pretty much everything here, minus a couple pieces. They're not terrible. But the quality is about 8/10 of GoPro.

 

yep, i was thinking they are knockoffs. zoomed in on photos and had a hard time seeing the gopro logo

I was wondering why such a deep discount. First, I thought it was due to incompatibility with the newest Hero4. Good to see a couple y'all got down to the bottom of it.

Yeah, he won but didn't realize it was him cuz he used his full first name RAYMOND to enter. So after another month or so of entering daily, he scrolled down the list of winners & thought it coincidental that someone from his town with his name won. after a quick email to ask, turned out it WAS him. LOL

 

A few of the Amazon reviews said the mounts broke on them... cheap knock offs?

The rave reviews don't sound like they've actually used it in rough situations.
