OK, so I am not sure whom here is NOT on Nabisco as well as here, but this was posted over in our room on the Nabisco site.

A little Pre-face:
For those not in the know, we started a Rally-X (rallycross) program last year. With the stewerd of rally (road rally) in charge. Their term is goign to end come after the 2006 season. We already have in place and started a few people interestes and lookign at continueing the program, however the more the merrier to keep the program alive. Volunteers are needed for many positions from tech, starter, timer, corner workers, etc... Those interested and AVAILABLE to provide your time to the program beyond just coming out to run shoudl consider becoming an SCCA member and likewise a safety steward for the program. If you are aleady an SCCA member than all that is needed is you to sign up for the safety training and then be a deputy for 2 events. If you are not a member there is an option to join AT the safety meeting. This will not be a gathering or "meet" per se, more so a school to go through safety stewardship so you can help put on events in the future.



NOTE:
If you are interested in heping the region but cant commit to it, this is not for you. We DO currently have a roster of people that are interested in helping AT events by helping tech, secondary timer, course setup, cone ********, etc. This is more for those interested and willing to commit their time to the region to make sure the program keeps going. (I.E., we know people are interested in keeping it going and/or want to try it, this is for those dedicated and willing/wanting to become a "lead" of one of the disciplines and take on all the responsibilites of that position)
