I'm still a newbie but I do know they come stock in the legacy or impreza in japan they don't cost that much to buy but they are hard to put in cuz the motor was made to clear right hand drive

]The Stage IV Twin Turbo Kit for the Impreza RS 2.2L & 2.5L, Outback Sport and Legacy L, Outback & GT. The kit comes with 2 GT15 Dual Roller Bearing Turbo and a has virtually no lag. This turbo charger is capable of supporting 400 hp.

The Kit Includes:

Turbo (2): GT15 Dual Roller Bearing Turbo.
Intercooler: A high efficiency intercooler and all of the piping to install it.
Piping: An up pipe (2 1/8 inch) and down pipe (2 1/2 inch) including a 2 1/2 inch high flow catalytic converter section which includes 2 O2 sensor ports is included.
Manifold: The pressure side manifold from the Turbo to the intake manifold and the air intake manifold to the Turbo Charger.
Oil Lines: Oil supply lines to the Turbo and the Turbo oil return line. The passenger side valve cover is included on all the second generation 2.5 L engines for easy installation.
Fuel Pump: Walbro 255
Engine Management: RRFPR, a voltage clamp (for speed density equipped cars) and a piggy back computer system to control ignition timing.
Gauges: A boost gauge, and a digital air fuel mixture gauge.
BOV & Wastegate: A High Performance Tial Sport Wastegate and a high performance sequential blow off valve.
Intake: Cold Air K&N Filter
Instructions: All of the necessary hardware and full color photo instructions to install the kit.
Note: The MY99 and older kit contins an air intake cross over pipe and a custom Aluminum adapter to connect the mass air unit to the K&N Filter, as seen over the radiator.

All of our kits contain everything to Turbo Charge your vehicle. The only thing that the customer would have to supply is a minimum of a 2 1/2 inch exhaust system from the catalytic converter and back. Where as the factory exhaust is much too small for Turbo applications

Ya gotta admit though, it looks pretty badass. But I heard that there were problems with keeping the boost the same between both turbos. Mean looking setup.
